Age criteria
BORN between 1st July 2022 and 31st December 2023
- Please fill in the form for ONLY one board.
- You are allowed to fill the form only once. (Repetitive forms will be rejected automatically).
- If the child is below/above the prescribed age even for a day, registration will not be possible.
- The data filled in should be correct.
- While filling the form, the student name and date of birth should be exactly as per the birth certificate. Any discrepancy in detailswill lead to rejection of the form.
- Incomplete forms will not be considered.
- Admission will depend on the availability of the seats. Submission of the online form does not guarantee admission. Decision of the School Management is final.
- Further information regarding the verification of documents will be intimated to the selected candidates via WhatsApp. Please enter the correct WhatsApp number of any one parent in the field “Whatsapp number for communication” while filling the form.
Documents to be uploaded electronically:
- Municipal birth certificate of the child.
- Aadhaar card of child /Aadhaar card of parent (any one)
- Recent colour passport size photograph of the child.
Documents To Be Submitted To The School At The Time Of Document Verification.
[Xerox copies]:
- Birth certificate – from the Municipal Corporation.
- Residence proof (Electricity bill, Rental Agreement -1st two pages only).
- Xerox copy of child/ parent’s Aadhaar Card.
- Xerox copy of the Report Card [previous year] of the sibling currently studying in Holy Cross Convent School.
- Baptismal certificate (for Christians only).
- Colour printout of admission form submitted online.
