Admission Procedure

ICSE and State Board

Age criteria

BORN between 1st JUL 2021 and 31st DEC 2022

• Please select the board ( ICSE / State Board) while filling the online form.
• You are allowed to fill the form only once. (Repetitive forms will be rejected automatically).
• If the child is below/above the prescribed age even for a day, registration will not be possible.
• The data filled in should be correct.
• Incomplete forms will not be considered.
• The admission will depend upon the availability of the seats.
• Further information regarding the verification of documents will be intimated to the selected candidates via email.
• Kindly print the application after submission.

Documents to be uploaded electronically

• Municipal birth certificate of the child.
• Passport size photograph of the child.

Xerox Copies To Be Submitted To The School At The Time Of Document Verification:

• Birth certificate – from the Municipal Corporation.
• Residence proof (Electricity bill, Rental Agreement -1st two pages only).
• Xerox copy of child/ parents Aadhaar Card.
• Xerox copy of the Report Card (current year) of the sibling currently studying in Holy Cross Convent School.
• Baptismal certificate (for Christians only).
